Celebrate your journey into motherhood and connect with likeminded mamas, your baby, and your own divine feminine wisdom.

This nurturing and heart-centred morning is for all pregnant mamas and mamas in a conscious conception period.

You'll arrive to a steaming cup of delicious herbal tea, specifically chosen to support your body during pregnancy. You'll settle in with a blissful ritual foot bath, while connecting with the other beautiful mamas-to-be at our retreat. While we get to know each other, we'll snack on delicious and nourishing foods from local postpartum food service Feed Mama First.

Next, you'll have the opportunity to participate in a grounding and relaxing meditation to help you leave your to-do list behind and fully drop-in to the morning. We'll then gather in a sacred women's circle - an opportunity to share your hopes and dreams, fears and worries, in a safe and deeply held space.

You'll create your own flower crown using stunning spring flowers from Luca Luna florist. While you craft your own beautiful creation, you'll learn about "rites of passage" in your life, and how your experience of these can affect the upcoming birth of your baby. You'll have the opportunity to reflect on your beliefs and attitudes towards birth and motherhood, to address your fears, and to let go of old ways that no longer serve you. This is the "inner work" of pregnancy, that will pave the way for you to experience the birth you dream of.

You'll go home feeling deeply nourished, connected with your baby, and empowered by your own inner knowing to create the birth of your dreams.
